Tobiah the Ammonite, who was at his side, said, “What they are building—even a fox climbing up on it would break down their wall of stones!”

Nehemiah 4:3

Sanballat at the top of his voice was mocking the Jews. We see that Tobiah was by His side. As soon as Sanballat finished, Tobiah picked up and continued the mockery.

We see this happening in our life too. When we say something, it starts a chain reaction. People will pick up from where we stopped and continue.

❓Are we initiating a good chain reaction or a bad chain reaction?

Bad report of Canaan

Twelve men were sent to explore the land of Canaan. Ten out of twelve stood up and planted seeds of terror in the hearts of the Israelites. Those words started a bad chain of events.

😭That night all the members of the community raised their voices and wept aloud.

Numbers 14:1 😭

As soon as the ten stopped their grumbling words, the people started.

😡All the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron.

Numbers 14: 2😡

The Israelites had proof that the land was flowing with milk and honey. They had the fruit right in front of their eyes! They would have even eaten them! But they did not see the people living there! They chose to cry about what they didn't see instead of rejoicing over the things they had in front of their eyes.

Testimony:

 I would like to share a testimony. My elder son is in sixth grade. Till fifth, he learnt science. Now it has been split into physics, chemistry and biology.

We have a whatsapp group for the sixth grade moms. One mom started, "the physics teacher is very bad. My child is not able to understand physics". One by one, all the moms started complaining. They decided to complain to the Principal about the teacher. But my son gave a totally different report. Physics sir is very good. He teaches everything. He takes notes and teaches us. He performs experiments etc etc.

I explained my views when we met for prayer. But she said, "No Tina. I am going to the Principal".

On Sunday, she messaged me, "Tina, I sat with my daughter and we learnt the lesson together. My daughter feels very confident now!" Praise God 🙌
